About the company:
A small boutique firm on the growth of expansion is currently looking for a IT Resourcer to join our team, someone who is laser focused and who has the passion for the recruitment industry and more importantly who can demonstrate sound recruitment and people skills. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for the candidate relationship management and will work alongside the Senior Recruiters to ensure a steady flow of candidates are available for our clients. 

About the role:
In this role as an IT Resourcer you will be calling our existing candidates, calling new candidates and developing and managing existing relationships. A main part of your role will be looking for the talent, making a searching list, and head-hunting these candidates. Your role will be focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring candidates are confident in making their next career move with us. We know how the search for talent is a lengthy process. However we provide support with the administration process to ensure you get the best possible outcome for your desk and the client.
  
Duties & responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Recruiter as a Resourcer you will be responsible for:

  • Assist with hiring process and recruiting high demand talent
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Source, Headhunt and Interview candidates
  • Provide high level of customer service 
  • Researching and head-hunting candidates

Skills & experience:
You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following:

  • Proven track record in a resourcing and short-listing
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to meet targets and think outside the square
  • Flexibility in approach to work
  • Team Player attitude
  • Drive and ability to succeed
  • Must have thirst to earn commissions!!
