The role

The successful appointee will be responsible for providing high quality customer service to prospective and current students and administrative support for matters relating to students within the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology.

The person

Applicants should have a degree with relevant experience, or a combination of relevant experience and education/training. The successful applicant will have knowledge of University policies and procedures in the area of student administration and an understanding of the student life cycle from admission to graduation. You will have a commitment to client service and the ability to provide high quality service to all stakeholders and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to work.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW level 5. The remuneration package will be in the range $66,347 - $75,711p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $77,625 - $88,531p.a.).
