Focused Vision Consulting Pty Ltd (FVC) is a small, niche consultancy, specialising in environmental assessments and approvals, flora and fauna surveys and management system delivery.  We are a tight-knit team, who value the contributions of all members and seek to provide an engaging and collaborative work environment. 

The Opportunity

We are a growing business within a very busy period and we require a new office administrator to join our small, busy and friendly team.  The position will initially be for a fixed-term contract and there will be opportunities for an extension for the right candidate, if our future workload permits.

The position is part-time, with work hours flexible. 

Candidate and Role Requirements

We require an experienced, dynamic, efficient, adaptable and capable office administrator to support our technical specialists to deliver project work, and to assist with various operational aspects of the business.

Duties will include a variety of administrative, project support and finance-related duties.

Microsoft Office experience with good knowledge of Word templates, tools and formatting is essential.  Bookkeeping experience is required and knowledge of Xero software would be preferred.  Experience in environmental consulting teams would be a bonus.
