The opportunity

CoreLogic is the leading provider of property information & data analytics across Australia & New Zealand.  We have an opportunity for an experienced Compliance Valuer to join our team based in Adelaide on a Permanent basis.

This role will see you contributing to and growing our valuation Compliance and Risk functions including providing technical valuation and policy support to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for creating, scaling and mitigating single resource failure points within Senior Compliance and Panel streams while innovating both value propositions without disrupting existing SLA’s.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Provide technical valuation and policy support to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Senior technical valuation and policy escalation point for internal, client and firm stakeholders.

  • Develop operational efficiencies including innovation in process, risk assessment and product enhancements – including with clients & suppliers.

  • Support the performance, development and strategic planning of valuation policy and panel management.

 

Your skills and experience

  • Property Valuation Degree and API qualifications.
  • Demonstrated Industry knowledge in Valuation, LMI or Banking/Finance knowledge.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in one of the above areas.
  • Excellent communication skills including direct interactions with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
