Venue Manager

Spirit Hotels is one of the largest hotel groups operating hotels in Queensland with small portfolios in South Australia and Western Australia. Our pubs feature some of the best bars, restaurants and casual dining options in Australia.

Despite their differences each of our pubs share a common goal to provide our customers with "Great pubs locals love"

We are on the lookout for an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team in one our larger Western Australian Venues, the Victoria Park Hotel.

To be successful you must possess hospitality management experience preferably in pubs. You will have a passion for developing and motivating your teams, with a keen interest in the financial performance of the business.

You must be friendly, sociable and be able to communicate openly and honestly with both customers and team members. You will be results driven, in addition to being hard working, patient, determined, creative and adaptable to an ever changing environment. Some sports knowledge would be highly desirable for this particular venue.

You must have a WA approved manager certificate and red card to apply and be able to work a rotating roster including weekends, nights and public holidays.
