Our client is looking for an Assistant Park Manager/2IC to work at Burrinjuck Waters Reflections Holiday Park. This position is an excellent opportunity with great benefits.

You will be responsible for:

- Undertake duties of Park Manager on a relief basis and on Manager’s days off
- Supervise direct reports and oversee daily work where required
- Attract, retain, train and roster staff to ensure a positive culture
- Handle any complaints by staff or guests, and report or escalate as required
- Ensure compliance with all mandatory and necessary legislative and regulatory requirements
- Ensure effective management and cleanliness of areas in control
- Manage the day to day financial transactions including reconciliation and banking of monies
- Experience in general maintenance, repairs and outdoor cleaning
- Experience in using and maintaining outdoor and grounds machinery
- Experience in gardening and/or maintaining grounds
- Experience in food handling and preparation
- Experience in administration / front office reception and cash handling
- Experience in housekeeping and/or cleaning, stock control
- Experience in recruitment, rostering and supervising staff
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution experience with the ability to problem solve
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Fair Work, Work Health and Safety regulations and safe work practices
- Material Data Safety Sheet knowledge
