Customer Service Administrator

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with customer service and administration experience and excellent numerical and communication skills to join our team. We are looking for someone to join us on a part-time basis to work a minimum of 3 days a week, with flexibility to extend to 4 or 5 days during busy peak periods.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties including data entry and filing
  • Customer service – including processing sales and liaising with customers and couriers
  • Reconciliation of uncollected invoices and orders in the Customer-Pick Up area to ensure prompt customer service
  • General ledger and petty cash maintenance
  • Reporting

 

You will need to have:

  • Previous office-based or warehouse administration experience is preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer and MS Office skills; particularly MS Excel
  • Excellent work ethic and time management skills
