The Role

 

We're seeking a highly personable, self-motivated Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our Marketing team based in Macquarie Park, reporting to the Marketing Manager.


This is a highly varied role which requires someone with strong coordination skills, communication and organisational skills.

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Setting up and executing Marketo & Salesforce campaigns

  • Assisting with sales collateral & Sales Proposals to support Account Executives

  • Research targeted vertical markets and take ownership of market data list

  • Event coordination and planning targeted towards vertical markets

  • Compilation of reports, including analysing sales data

  • Work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to strategise best approach

  • Assisting with special projects as and when required, such as internal Rewards & Recognition program

The Person

 

This role is suitable for applicants that are highly adaptable, with a methodical and organised approach, along with the ability to identify priorities, solve problems efficiently and to manage multiple tasks for various teams. Along with:

 

  • Experience working as a coordinator with strong administrative support skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Experience using Salesforce & Marketo highly desirable

  • Manage communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to establish work priorities and demonstrate self-management and time management skills

 

The desired applicant will need to have relevant experience working within a in a similar coordination role working with multiple departments. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills in order to liaise with internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
