The Opportunity

Due to SEEK’s accelerated growth and our goal to build a world class talent function, we’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our expanding team. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director and be focused on achieving SEEK’s goal of attracting the very best talent to work in an organisation that genuinely puts people at the centre of everything we do!

You will be a SEEK evangelist in the external talent marketplace – sharing our unique story with candidates to attract high performing talent. By partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the business, you will be seen as a valued business partner.

This is a 12 month parental leave opportunity. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with and work as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers to execute the end to end recruiting process across the business, promoting and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Develop best practice sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers understanding their priorities, demonstrating great judgement and alignment to our purpose and beliefs
  • Proactively source and talent map and develop talent pipelines in collaboration with the business
  • Ensure outstanding internal client and candidate experience, identifying and driving continual process improvements.

What we are looking for

  • Previous internal and agency recruitment experience with a track record in HR and Finance hiring demonstrating a consistent track record of partnering with your stakeholders
  • Champion innovative solutions to attract talent with your relevant industry knowledge and ability to tap into your vast network
  • You will thrive in a high volume, fast paced work environment and will have the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • You have led or contributed significantly to HR project work and have a great sense of pride and ownership in your performance and its impact on SEEK’s success.

Ideally, you’ll have

  • Previously worked in a digital business, professional services, IT or an HR related role
  • Experience recruiting for an online business with a strong ability to consult, influence and manage a range of stakeholders
  • High visibility and knowledge of industry insights be active in relevant communities; forums; conferences; user groups and have a level of comfort within the technical landscape.
