With our growing client base, a position has become available on our full-time staff as a Crew Coordinator. Based at our trendy offices in Waterloo, this role is pivotal to the success of our events.

The role:

  • Manage 60+ casual employees, including daily roster scheduling

  • Maintain & foster strong relationships with casual crew

  • Coordinate logistics for 1000+ events per year

  • Prepare daily event briefs

  • Assist in preparing training initiatives for team members

  • Coordinate travel & accommodation for interstate and overseas productions

  • General office administration duties

  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Be able to think on their feet and problem solve

  • Be proactive and take initiative

  • Have excellent telephone and written etiquette

  • Have a positive can-do attitude

Experience of the following will be highly regarded:

  • Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)

  • Rostering

  • Logistics management
