Who are we looking for?

A passionate  UX / UI Designer who is driven by the desire to create amazing, intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be flexible - willing to take direction and lead from the front. You will work closely with our creative team and developers so your upbeat personality, positive energy, innovative ideas and team leadership will guarantee your success.

In this role, you will get to:

  • Facilitate client workshops

  • Work directly with clients to understand their needs

  • Sketch and draw based on design requirements

  • Design wireframes based on new design requirements - Axure

  • Create customer journey maps

  • Develop personas

  • Design and conduct AB/ Testing

  • Create beautiful visual design

What you will love doing!

  • Producing high-quality visual designs—from concept to execution, for desktop, web, email and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions (icons, graphics and marketing materials)

  • Align customer insights into design iterations

  • Designing interactions and responsive interfaces

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Web design

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a User Interface, Interaction, Experience or Usability role

  • An exceptional portfolio which demonstrates a range of work, creativity and strong web design skills

  • Experience working within Agile teams

  • Desirable: development ability in CSS and HTML
