The Automated Claims Analyst will deliver improved, data-based intelligence of change impacts to key business decision-makers for successful change implementation activities.

The key competencies you’ll need to be successful in this role are:

  • Assessment of change impacts and effective communication to key stakeholders
  • Subject Matter Expertise and co-ordination of activities between Business Analysts, SIT & UAT activities and the Customer Service business
  • Support for Customer Service in the planning, management and successful delivery of projects and programmes impacting automated claiming processes
  • Over-sight of production defect management for automated claiming processes
  • Lead, manage and support data-driven and analytical systems and process improvement reviews 
  • Assess changes to the claiming processes
  • Facilitation of support for Hospital and Medical provider migration to automated claiming channels
  • Lead change collaboratively with key stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.

Qualification and experience:

  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively communicate impacts and insights to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, assess and manage a business change or issue
  • Experience in delivering to tight time-frames in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong understanding of Bupa’s claiming systems and processes
