The Organisation

We are a boutique fitout and refurbishment construction company, specialising in high end retail, hospitality and commercial projects. We are seeking a professional receptionist to undertake the administrative duties, be the face of the company and deliver support to the entire company.

 

Your Role

Representing the business, your role will include:

  • Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Meet and Greet visitors
  • Personal Admin for the Director such as meals and making reservations
  • Maintaining the office space and boardroom in a neat and tidy manner
  • Keeping the kitchen area clean and well stocked
  • General office duties such as ordering stationary and facilitating repairs and maintenance when required
  • Facilitate repairs and maintenance when required
  • Assist with the management of defects and additional small works with the assistance of the defect manager
  • Ensure the necessary contractors undertake their maintenance during the defect liability period
  • Ensure any new works are quoted and submitted for approval prior to works commencing
  • Ensure all newly completed works are invoiced promptly
  • Assist with compiling tender submissions
