An opportunity has arisen for a skilled, creative and motivated Senior Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join Queensland’s leading community mental health organisation - RFQ. Significant organisational growth and service development presents the perfect opportunity for an energetic communications and marketing (C&M) professional to play a key role in what will be an exciting future for RFQ.

About the position

Working in a fun and dynamic People and Culture team, the Senior Communications and Marketing Coordinator reports to the Executive Manager People and Culture. The role requires strong working relationships with the Chief Executive and RFQ’s communications and marketing business partners. Working laterally across the organisation, the position coordinates the communications and marketing requirements and has a key role in the development and delivery of the Communications and Marketing Strategy and Plan.

Requirements include

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications / marketing / public relations / other relevant degree
  • Minimum four years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience and success in developing and implementing targeted communications and marketing strategies, plans, events, media management, corporate and sponsorship engagement
  • Creative development experience, including graphic design and knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Experience in managing websites and social media
