Parttime Administration Assistant

The Royal is located  in Nundah village offering a fantastic Italian eatery, bar, functions and gaming room.  This hotel is a popular fixture in the trendy Nundah community – our customers feel like they are coming home on each and every visit.

The Royal is part of Spirit Hotels.  We operate over 70 hotels in Queensland with small portfolios in Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales.  Our pubs feature some of the best bars, restaurants, fast casual dining options and gaming rooms across Australia and our core purpose is to operate 'Great Pubs Locals Love'.

 

What do I need to have?

Our Hotel Administrator will be able to provide day-to-day administrative support to the hotel manager and be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries. You will support the hotel management team to ensure the hotel meets all deadlines and compliance obligations are met.

You will be responsible for hotel administrative tasks such as: processing payroll and handling team member queries, team member inductions, safety administration, finance reconciliation, licence and compliance audits and general adhoc duties.

 

As an Administration Assistant you will:

  • Be able to work Monday and Tuesday each week.
  • Be a whiz on the computer – with experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher (intermediate level).
  • Have "hands on" experience in a similar role and confidence in meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your time across tasks.
  • Be a role model to team members to reinforce our customers come first.
  • Strong communication skills.
