About the role

We are seeking a motivated and highly capable individual for an exciting opportunity to join our Finance Team. This role would suit a candidate with solid accounts receivable experience and an excellent customer service skills. You will be available immediately and able to commit to a 6 months fixed term contract.

Key deliverable in this role include:

  • Daily banking and allocations
  • Monitoring and following up of all outstanding debts
  • Following up on customer disputes to resolution
  • Credit Processing
  • Invoices
  • Processing Customer account applications
  • End of the Month reconciliations
  • Weekly & end of the Month debtors reporting
  • Petty Cash management

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service and experience with problem solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Full-function Accounts Receivable experience
  • Advanced use of Excel Word and Outlook
  • Experience in MYOB is an advantage
