About the Role:

Our Client based in the Outer Souther Suburbs, is a world leader in Taste and Nutrition Systems serving the Food and Beverage industry and has become a leading supplier of added value brands and customer branded foods. They have have established manufacturing facilities in 24 different countries and international sales offices in 20 countries across the globe and supply over 15,000 food ingredients and flavour products to customers in more than 140 countries worldwide.

About the Role:

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for processing production documentation and providing order processing and general administration support to the Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of customer orders
  • Create Work Orders and assist with production scheduling
  • Liaise with the purchasing / production teams of raw material shortages
  • Provide backup support in the processing of sales orders and assisting with customer queries
  • Communicate with customers with regards to order confirmations, raw material shortages and delivery dates
  • Respond to customer complaints, follow up investigations and provide feedback to customers on appropriate solutions
  • Liaise with export freight forwarders, create export documentation and liaise with couriers
  • Generation and processing of invoices - domestic and export

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and work autonomously with limited guidance
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • In house computer package experience is essential
