Short Description:

• Location: Adelaide CBD
• Contract: 12 months
• Competitive rate of pay
• 8/6 roster

In the Scheduler position you will be responsible for:

• Develop weekly schedules based on monthly plans
• Resource allocation in line with mine priorities
• Conduct audits and inspections in line with KPIs and create reports as required
• Track and monitor performance against KPIs
• Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve standards, productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Build relationships with other employees and departments and employees to ensure problems are addressed and resolved effectively and in a timely manner
• Participate in any other projects or key tasks as directed by line manager or delegate

The successful applicant will be someone with the ability to:

• Communicate effectively
• Create a Safe to Speak up culture
• Work in teams
• Experience in Supervising Development or Development Engineer
• 5+ years mining experience
• Multiple department experience
• Scheduling experience
• Driver’s License
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
