Graduate Recruitment Consultant

We're a recruitment agency that focuses in on helping organisations hire in demand SaaS sales and technical professionals (www.salientgroup.com.au) 

We've had a bunch of press including being named in the top five start-ups in Australia. We change the way organisations use recruitment to grow into APAC by blending technology with content marketing to create talent pipelines for hyper-growth brands!

Because of our unique model, we've won a whole bunch of clients really fast (more in the past 6 months than in our prior 6 years of operation). This means we're looking for awesome people to come on board and help us look after them!

Role - Graduate Talent Acquisition Consultant                                                                           

  • Manage relationships with existing clients including their hiring expectations (no new business component)
  • Filling both graduate level and mid level positions across the technology space for our clients 
  • Work with clients to understand their growth plans and consult with them around talent strategy to support goals
  • Work with our marketing & tech team to use digital solutions to nurture and hire in-demand talent. 
     

What we'll provide you

  • Enablement and training - learn from super successful people in the business. You'll get direct access to people at all levels in the organisation and learn first hand 
  • Tools - we'll provide you the tools and platforms to make your life and day easier in this role 
  • Development plan - we want to make sure we're investing time in the right places so that you get promoted into areas within the business you're most interested in 
  • Culture & perks - Monthly team events at reputable restaurants, game events, lunch paid for every Tuesday of the week, mobile phone paid and more! 

 

You

  • 6-12 months of any corporate fast paced experience (call center, resourcing, etc) however we're happy to chat to anyone who is extremely interested to get into recruitment
  • Preferred but not required - Bachelor degree 
  • Strengths in relationship building and working with clients 
  • Believe passionately that the recruitment industry is changing and view this as an exciting opportunity to lead the charge
  • Not afraid of picking up the phone to call prospective clients and candidates
  • Loves working with targets and getting rewarded for effort and performance!
