We are seeking experienced Chefs for our Hospitals and Aged Care facilities in the Northern Suburbs, casual role offering an immediate start.
Successful candidates will show a tenacious work ethic, be highly motivated and a passion to deliver service to the highest quality and standard in a fast, efficient and effective manner.

The key skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Experience working as a Chef within a high production venue
  • Knowledge of modified diets / temperature checks
  • Experience in Hospitals and/or Aged Care Facilities
  • Ability to supervise and manage the team as required
  • Knowledge and experience with various special dietary requirements
  • Ability to adhere to stringent food safety guidelines specific to healthcare environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated WH&S knowledge and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail

To be considered for this role you MUST:

  • Have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery or higher
  • Have your own reliable car and drivers licence
  • Hold a current National Police Certificate
  • Be the Chef who leads by example
