Key responsibilities include:

As an Account Coordinator supporting the Amex program, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution of administration and operational duties reporting in support of the Program Manager and team members for the program.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage allocation and distribution of program assets with all field staff
  • Scheduling and planning regular team meetings, training and conferences
  • Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when required
  • Producing weekly or quarterly report presentations for the client
  • Production of training materials and processes to be uploaded to the program briefing site
  • Ability to identify process opportunities and make improvements to streamline where possible

In return, you will be rewarded with;
