As a Teller you will be key to Westpac's strategic ambition to be one of the world's great service companies, helping our customers, communities and people to prosper and grow. You’ll be driven by innovation:
  • Delight and retain customers through responsive and seamless service
  • Identify opportunities to help our customers meet their financial needs by referring them to the right person
  • Grow our customers use of digital
  • Consistently process customer transactions efficiently and accurately

What you need to succeed
  • Proven customer service experience and passion for sales delivery
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Cash handling experience in large volumes
