Service Desk Analyst

About the company 

My client is a leading media organisation based in Sydney CBD. They are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on a permanent basis. 

About the role
Your main responsibilities will include providing accurate and logging of all incidents /requests via phone and email across level 1 support. You will also be responsible for on-boarding/off-boarding, resolving incidents and requests through to resolution and to agreed SLA's.

About you

In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:

  • 1-2 years Service Desk experience
  • Strong desktop support skills (Microsoft 7 and 10, Microsoft Office and desktop hardware
  • Exchange
  • Office 365 (Support & administration)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
