Role
Our Apprentice Program encourages the growth and development of individuals to become onsite trades persons, working across different departments within the business and onsite and attending training 1 day per week.

Apprentice Program
  • 3 Year Apprenticeship in Cert III Glass and Glazing
  • Attendance at Balga Polytechnic West 1 day per week to gain qualification 
  • Rotations throughout apprenticeship across various departments which includes: 
    • Factory Glazing and Frame Assembly
    • Installation Onsite
    • Glass Processing
    • Service Technicians
  • All fees and books paid for 
Requirements
At Jason Windows your hands are one of your most important tools. Most of the work done at Jason Windows is hands on manual work that requires dexterity, accuracy, speed and strength of your hands.  It is important to us that:
  • You enjoy hands on work 
  • You work well with your hands to achieve quality results 
  • You are safety minded so that your hands will still be your tools tomorrow. 
Other Requirements 
  • Completion of Year 10 minimum 
  • Police clearance
  • Complete/pass fitness for work and drug and alcohol test
  • Have a C class drivers licence
  • Safety Conscious
  • Mechanically minded - want to know how things work 
  • Physically fit - products can be heavy and/or awkward to lift and carry 
  • Desire to work onsite
  • Strong work ethic with a desire for continual learning 
  • Able to work well within a team environment 
  • Able to read and interpret paperwork
