Administration Assistant

CDC Victoria are currently searching for a professional, detailed, and result driven Part-Time Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our Oakleigh Depot. This on-going role will primarily be involved in coordinating the reconciliation of myki within the depot, however other duties may include:

  • The preparation of banking; and
  • Assisting other team members with general administration duties as required


To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Safety front of mind, always
  • Exceptional computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Access
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with cash-counting experience
