Service Desk Analyst

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for IT related issues, you will be supporting 600 plus users. You will be taking ownership of customers' queries and resolving them in a timely manner whilst escalating deeper technical issues as appropriate. In this diverse role you will be supporting all levels of personnel via phone, email and face to face.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Provide Hardware, Desktop and remote device support 
  • Basic server and Active Directory administration
  • Logging calls
  • Resolve incidents and requests

About the successful Candidate

  • The ability to deliver technical solutions to non technical staff
  • Experience working - Windows , MS Office suite, printer issues, supporting various applications
  • A team orientated and customer focused individual
  • Experience in an ITIL environment and call logging systems
  • Excellent written and communication skills
