JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for a Bookings Officer to join our DMAT Contact Centre team in Osborne Park on a casual basis. Reporting directly to the DMAT Bookings Manager, this position will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for clients. Some shifts will begin at 5am so the successful candidate needs to be flexible with this start time.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will demonstrate a background in customer service and problem solving. You will have previous administrative experience and the desire to succeed with a demonstrated commitment to quality and teamwork.

You will also demonstrate:
  • An ability to perform a variety of tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
  • A professional work ethic, willing to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi task.
  • Professional work ethic and behaviour.
  • Willingness and flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Current Police Clearance

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to manage a diverse client base via phone and email and enjoy building strong client relationships.
