About the Role

This role will see you imbedded in of one of Kinetic ITs largest project environments working to deliver cutting edge technical solutions. You will be responsible for resolving and updating service requests and incidents allocated to the team within the service management tool, this includes software, hardware, remote access and onsite support where required. You’re comfortable working through change, helping contribute to process improvement, you’re no stranger to active directory, with a knack for providing solutions that give our customers amazing service experiences.




Sound like your kind of role? You’ll be comfortable to demonstrate the following:



  • 2 years in desktop support with a background using MS and Windows 7/10
  • Foundations of networking, troubleshooting and level 2 incident requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to travel, ideally with a driver’s license
  • History of working with a managed service provider or outsourced solution desirable
  • Ability to build strong relationships, understanding customers business’ and their needs
  • Australian citizenship is a requirement due to security clearances
