IT Service Desk Job, Level 1, Global Drinks Brand, Perm Role, $60k + Super, West Sydney Location

Your new company
You will be working for a well-established successful Global Company. They are currently seeking an outgoing customer focused IT Level 1 & 2 IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide both face to face and remote technical support to the internal members of the organisation.

Your new role
You will have 2+ years’ experience working within an IT Desktop Support role.

You will have experience with:

  • Windows 7 & 10 and Windows Server
  • Exchange
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • VPN access
  • WiFi setup,
  • Knowledge of printers/AV equipment.


All applicants for this role will be required to provide a National Police Criminal History check.
