Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for engaging, responding & resolving a proportion of consumer contacts in a variety of channels, primarily in the social media channel, managing the contact end to end to retain consumer loyalty to our brands and company. Your main duties will be:

  • Take, respond and resolve all consumer and customer queries and complaints across of variety of channels in the digital and social medial platforms.
  • Provide consumer/customer contact support across the phone, letter and email and ensure everyone is given the correct and appropriate advice
  • Complaint and consumer escalation handling
  • Be knowledgeable about products, health and nutrition information and be able to relay this information accurately to consumers.



What you'll need to succeed
What you need to be successful is a strong focus on customer service, social media and consumer loyalty. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and excellent communication and problem solving skills will see you excel in this role in addition to the following:

  • Proven experience within social media, either through customer service, customer moderation or customer engagement
  • Extensive experience in a contact centre providing customer service skills
  • Consumer escalation handling including dealing with sensitive information
  • Experience using Sales Force is describable, including a nutrition related qualification or experience within an FMCG organisation.
