NAB Assist - Customer Service

  • $27.55 per hour plus super | Full time training
  • Ongoing position | Average 30 hours per week
  • Docklands location | January start

Your new role
As part of the NAB Assist team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers regarding their overdue accounts
  • Understanding the customers situation to advise of the best possible solution
  • Discussing potential hardship arrangements
  • Educating the customer on services which they can use to help them better manage their accounts.

During the initial 4 weeks, you will be provided with extensive full-time training and your working hours will be 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

  • An empathetic nature and a genuine passion for customers.
  • Proven communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
  • Previous contact centre experience (highly regarded).
  • An individual who is capable of addressing customers’ difficult financial situations
