2019 Heavy Vehicle Fitter Apprenticeships - Underground Mining, Australia Wide

PYBAR Mining Services are now searching for our 2019 Heavy Vehicle Apprentices.
With mining projects located across Australia, PYBAR have the ability to provide Apprenticeship opportunities across NSW, QLD, TAS & WA. If you have a keen interest in mechanics and are looking for an opportunity within the mining industry, then we encourage you to apply today!

Our apprenticeships offer comprehensive training and support with a nationally recognised qualification following successful completion.

ABOUT YOU

  • Be willing to travel and work on remote mine sites, this includes staying in mining camps while on roster (where the project is not residential);
  • Be willing to work at underground mining projects;
  • Be willing and able to work rosters such as 7/7 or 14/14;
  • Have a genuine and keen interest in mechanics (work experience or current job experience in this area will be advantage);
  • Have a current drivers licence;
  • Have a positive can-do attitude;
  • Be able to easily take direction and have a desire to learn;
  • Be committed to the entire Apprenticeship program (4 years).

  • Nationally recognised trade qualification at completion of apprenticeship;
