Receptionist/Administration Officer - Part-time

The Role

Reporting to the Administration Manager you will provide a positive and welcoming environment in the Branch reception area and administrative support to the Wagga Wagga Branch office. Duties include:

  • Complete office reception and administrative duties associated with the auction process including, accounts-based tasks, data entry, relief for cashiers and filing;

  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries and incoming calls;

  • Communicating with customers and buyers by phone, face to face or email;

  • Assisting in the overall auction process when required;

  • Working collaboratively within the administration team and supporting the Branch with ad hoc duties.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • At least 12 months’ experience in an administration role in a fast paced, high volume environment;

  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with people;

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Fast and accurate typing and alpha-numeric data entry skills;

  • Competent MS Outlook, Word & Excel skills;

  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team;

  • Efficient, organised and able to prioritise competing deadlines;

  • Flexible, reliable and well presented.
