Service Administrator

The Company:

Our client is a leading supplier of earthmoving equipment, parts and service for the mining, construction and utility markets.

 

The Role:

As Service Administrator the main focus of your role will be to act as the first point of contact for anyone visiting our service department or making telephone contact and greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.

 

You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

  • Making outbound service reminder phone calls
  • Interacting with visitors and guests
  • Providing first class customer service
  • Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
  • Taking incoming service bookings and enquires
  • General clerical duties

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Reception or Customer Facing experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
  • A friendly and professional manner
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - On the phone and in person
  • Clear and professional verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Project software will be highly regarded
