People & Culture Officer

Artius is a Queensland based premier Health Services Company, offering a wide range of services from Psychology, Physiotherapy, Vocational Rehabilitation, Occupational Therapy & Employee Assistance Programs. To keep up with our continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Officer to support the engagement and development of the Artius workforce. This new role may be available full time or part time, contract or permanent depending on the successful candidate and we welcome recent graduates or candidates looking to re-enter the workforce.

The role

  • Coordinating a range of services including inbox management, on-boarding, employee query resolution, award interpretation and project activities
  • Build strong, consultative relationships to deliver a great People & Culture service
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including People & Culture reporting, general filing and HR Information System maintenance
  • Manage the integrity of the HR Information System including all organisational and contractual changes
  • Support the People & Culture Manager and key internal stakeholders with operational activities and administrative functions
  • Being involved in key projects to help shape strategic People & Culture initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or a related field
  • Highly developed computer skills including Microsoft packages and HR Information Systems
  • Knowledge & experience managing a broad range of support services including query resolution, workforce engagement and award interpretation
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build effective relationships across all facets of a multi-site, multi-faceted business
  • Build strong, consultative relationships to deliver great support
