Our organisation provides home modification, equipment prescription and customised equipment fabrication services to help older people and people with disabilities to do what is important to them. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service across a diverse portfolio of domestic trades, technology, recreation and mechatronics projects.

We are currently seeking a reliable, hard working Labourer to join our team. Using general trade skills, the successful applicant will provide physical labour support at all phases in fabrication, installation and modification jobs.  This position is responsible for undertaking a broad range of tasks including: hand work, moving materials, clearing terrain, site preparation, shoveling, cleaning, and basic equipment operation.

TADWA Technicians need to be versatile, as they are required to work across a range of areas in addition to managing their own personal workload of projects.

Essential Criteria:

To be successful in this position you must have excellent communication and time management skills as well as the following:

  • Ability to undertake physical labour and strenuous physical tasks;
  • Ability to work in all weather;
  • Experience in the appropriate use of General Hand Tools;
  • General handyman skills;
  • Punctual, reliable and have a willingness to learn;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with a broad range of people;
  • Construction White Card;
  • Current WA Drivers Licence, C Class minimum;
  • Current Police Clearance.
  • Permanent Residency or Citizenship of Australia;
