About the Role

Reporting to the Division President Orkin Canada, Australia and Asia, the Managing Director for Orkin Australia will provide strategic leadership to enable the organisation to deliver high performance-based outcomes whilst embedding a culture of continuous improvement.

This position will directly lead and support members of the national leadership team and Brand General Managers in all areas of the organisation including sales/revenue, marketing, services, customers and employees.

With overall responsibility of the Australian operation, this position will need to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and strengthen relationships to ensure strategic goals, budgets and initiatives are met.

This position will be based in Melbourne or Perth with frequent travel interstate required.

About You

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate management experience in leading a team, strong customer relationship and accountability for significant financial levers combined with a degree of commercial acumen and people responsibility.

You will have a track record of success driving performance through accountability for results in a high-performance culture. The ability to think strategically as well as a deep understanding of business processes, operational challenges and drivers will be critical in this key appointment.
