About the Role

We are currently seeking an Administrator on a Fixed term 6-month contract for the Human Resources team based in our purpose built offices in Shenton Park.  Reporting to the Manager, People and Performance, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Human Resources department.  The position commences the first week in January. 

The main duties will include: -

  • Recruitment administration, including distribution of applications & generation of contracts;
  • Contacting potential employees with regards to compliance paperwork;
  • Coordinating start dates and training;
  • Compiling employee files & setting up employees on the HR system;
  • Monitoring staff renewal dates for employee documentation i.e. appraisals;
  • Updating the HR database on a regular basis;
  • Maintaining employee files and filing documentation; and
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Key Requirements

The position requires an individual with an organised and pro-active approach to work who enjoys using their initiative when dealing with various tasks or issues. The successful applicant will have a service oriented attitude, strong administration skills, understanding of HR Fundamentals and an intermediate to advanced level of experience in the use of Microsoft Office and data management systems.

Desirable

Previous experience in a HR Department is preferable but not essential for the right candidate.
