MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are seeking a creative individual with a positive 'can do' approach, a team player with the ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects and future residents.

Karidis Retirement Villages is a proudly South Australian owned and operated business. Our aim is to create well-designed retirement villages in great locations that provide the ultimate in independence, combined with the strong bonds of community life.

We currently have over 500 independent living units across 12 sites in South Australia and Victoria.

Using your existing skills you will:

  • Coordinate and manage Village functions/events
  • Actively follow up leads
  • Update our CRM database
  • Engage with our database
  • Engage with the Villages local communities and community service groups
  • Create leads and selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and provide input to ensure team success

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant
  • Preferably experience in event coordination
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Current Police Clearance
