Recruitment Administrator

Tecside Group is a well-established and highly respected player within the Recruitment & Labour Hire Industry. With 14 offices across Australia, NZ & Asia the business continues to expand through a combination of organic growth and acquisition. Tecside Group is a preferred partner to a number of global companies managing their payroll, on-boarding and recruitment processes and provides a platform whereby permanent recruitment consultants do not need to generate their own business.

Located in our Williamstown branch, our work environment is truly team oriented and we’re looking for someone ready to hit the ground running with strong ethics, drive, enthusiasm and passion for satisfying our clients and candidates.

Position Scope:

  • Answering phones, assisting clients and candidates with queries
  • Meeting and greeting candidates, setting up appropriate paperwork and verifying documentation
  • Provide end to end support to colleagues within the business and; to clients and candidates alike
  • Oversee the collection and accuracy of all labour hire time sheets for submission to payroll
  • Conducting extensive reference checks with functional managers/supervisors etc.
  • Formatting candidate’s CVs for submission to Clients
  • Assisting with building a talent pool through phone screening, booking and interviewing prospective candidates and having a ready bank of people to place to urgent jobs or replace absences within the hour

To be considered for this position you will possess the following:

  • Previous exposure to Recruitment Software / Databases will be highly regarded
  • Ideally have exposure to the Blue Collar Recruitment Industry
  • Possess strong Microsoft Suite skills - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be highly self-motivated, passionate and show plenty of initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
