About the role

Our client currently has a fantastic prospect to join one of their divisions as a Travel Administrator. This will be an on going contract role. This is on a 7:7 roster 12 hour days, ideal role for a FIFO roster but based in the city with every second week off. This position is very demanding so the ideal candidate will enjoy working in a busy environment and be highly organised with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, managers and clients.

Located in the Perth CBD the administrator will be responsible for:

  • Booking flights for FIFO employees
  • Booking accommodation
  • Arranging airport transfers & Shuttle buses
  • Any other travel arrangements as needed

  To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Must have Inflight or related software experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • At least two years experience in a busy office role
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
