OKAB Group - On Line Kitchens & Bathrooms

(Luxury Brand Position)

A new split shift role has become available within one of our key business units, creating an opening for a professional and successful specification sales person.

Over the past 5 years this business unit has generated $1 million dollars per year and is continuing to grow.

The sales professional/business unit manager responsible for managing the business unit is responsible for hitting budget and can expect to receive a good base salary and commission that works to reward success.

Note

  • All leads generated are specifically wanting a quote/follow up
  • No cold calls
  • Existing CRM with 6 years data

Skills

  • Able to professionally sell over the phone
  • Able to construct professional e-mails and conduct the sales process by e-mail
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Able to evaluate the requirements of clients and pitch relevant products, refining until final selection is achieved and then closing the sale
  • Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products and building process would be viewed favourably but not essential if sales skill set is suitable.

If you like selling and nurturing clients - and selling by consultation and specification - this is for you!

This is a split shift position 20-25 hours performed over 5 days, Monday to Friday at our Claremont office.

Trial start in December with full start in January.
