Offshore Installation Field Engineer

Brunel are seeking an Offshore Installation Field Engineer to assist with vessel operations in the transportation and installation of subsea flexibles/umbilicals, leads and jumpers and mooring systems, the role will also include pre-commissioning activities. This is a contract position in Perth CBD, Mon – Fri, 9 hours per day.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver all offshore transportation, installation and testing activities completed on the contractor vessel and ensure they are completed to specification sand approved procedures.
  • Ensure technical requirements are met to schedule through supervision of mobilisation, transport, installation and pre-commissioning.
  • Attention to detail on daily and weekly reporting.
  • Conduct HAZID/ENVID reviews and risk assessments.
  • Ability to conduct operations across a wide variety of personal contractors/subcontractors to resolve any issues and ensure the best Project outcome.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Relevant Engineering degree.
  • Proven experience in subsea construction (installation and pre-commissioning).
  • Knowledge of transportation and installation of subsea structures and mooring systems.
  • Excellent communication and time management.
