About the Role:

Soho Media are looking for BOTH an enthusiastic and creative EXPERIENCED Marketing Production Coordinator……as well as a JUNIOR or entry level person…..to join their growing team. Reporting to the Account Managers you will coordinate between the in-house creative design team, external production and distributors, multiple media suppliers, and a wide range of clients, to ensure everything is on track and in line with the brief…..and deadlines.

Whilst your technical knowledge and background is paramount, it is your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and assertive communication with clients, media suppliers & colleagues that will ensure your success.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and is looking for an opportunity to be part of a positive and energetic TEAM. A challenging and versatile role is offered for the right candidate…..with PLENTY of OPPORTUNITY to develop professionally with the industry.

Your skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated Agency experience will be HIGHLY REGARDED.
  • Understanding of the Marketing and Advertising industry.
  • Exposure to multiple Media formats and suppliers including print, digital, promotional, social media, radio, and more.
  • Understanding of the importance of deadlines and ability to meet them accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaising with clients, suppliers, designers and Account Manager to ensure everyone is on the same page and meeting the requirements of the brief.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities and clients.
  • Ability to build consensus and work effectively and autonomously within a team.
  • Be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task and use initiative – don’t be embarrassed to ask questions & put your hand up for help !!!
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise.
  • Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly and to work autonomously.
  • High level personal presentation, friendly demeanour and flexible approach.
  • EXCELLENT TEAM AND BIG PICTURE FOCUS.
  • POSITIVE, ENTHUSIASTIC and enjoy a VIBRANT WORK ENVIRONMENT.
