Customer Relations Consultant


If you are looking for a break through to get into the banking and finance industry, this entry level position could be for you!

Torque Recruitment Group are currently seeking entry level Customer Relations Consultants to join our client’s busy customer service team based in Barangaroo NSW.

This is a permanent full-time position Monday to Friday working on a rotating roster, starting in February 2019.

Duties:

-First point of contact for customers, employers, internal and external advisors.
-Service and delight every customer when they call regarding products and services offered.
-Referral targets and customer need opportunities

Requirements:

-Excellent verbal and written skills and be passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service.
-Ideally current/previous experience working in either a contact centre or customer service environment, but not essential.
-Banking and financial services experience would be a plus!
