The organisation is currently experiencing an exciting time in the evolution of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman as we seek to progress our strategy, structure, people, process and technology.

Reporting directly to the Ombudsman, Judi Jones, we invite senior leaders to apply who will enhance our organisation culture, engage our people and drive even more efficient and effective independent dispute resolution services for consumers, small business and members across Australia.
