There's a unique opportunity to join the BMW team at Parramatta as a Receptionist.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greeting guests with genuine warmth, making customers feel comfortable, as well as ensuring the maintenance of the customer lounge area and Sales showroom.
  • You will manage customer flow in the dealership ensuring customers are attended too and keep a record of why customers are visiting our dealership
  • Answering all calls and transferring to the appropriate department/person
  • Providing follow up calls to sales and service customers 72 hrs hours after delivery/service and record satisfaction levels escalating where appropriate
  • Administration support to the sales and administration team where required
  • You will provide support at showroom events

With your previous experience in a concierge/administration/customer service role and your passion for customer excellence you will have the foundations for success.

Preferably having had experience within the automotive industry, you will use your knowledge to ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided

You will ensure the presentation of the customer service areas/showrooms are maintained to our high standards.
