The Role
Your role will be to assist with the day to day running of the Advertising Department.
 
This role will involve organising the advertising for all of the properties listed and sold by the company.  You will be responsible for organising the advertising - both on-line and print - and will also assist in other areas of marketing such as boards & brochures. Your daily procedures will include, but not limited to: Amending, formatting and preparing schedules.  
 
Daily Duties include but not limited to:
  • Manage and distribute Open for Inspection lists
  • Assisting with preparing property files for advertising
  • Ordering and processing Photography, Floor plans and Copy
  • Assisting with creating print media, brochures and boards
  • Filing and general clerical work
  • Responding to and processing emails in a timely and efficient manner
About You:
The successful applicant will have
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, web applications and the internet
  • Positive attitude with good communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
  • Strong work ethics
  • Friendly, approachable and a professional demeanour.  
  • A strong desire to learn and exceptional attention to detail with good grammar/editing skills
  • Remarkable organisational skills and ability to prioritise and excellent typing skills
  • The strength to work in a team and be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • The capability to hit the ground running and take initiative
  • Dynamic, out of the box thinker who is super-efficient and deadline driven
