Colonial First State Custom Solutions is a part of our Wealth Management division and brings together the Group’s funds management and distribution capability as well as domestic insurance and financial advice business support divisions.

Customer Services is a dynamic and fast paced business unit rising to the exciting challenges of rapid growth underpinned by both our existing customer base and the introduction of new customers to our platform. Developing new service offerings and enhancing the existing platform by anticipating industry and customer requirements is pivotal to maintaining our competitive edge and award winning status.

Our Funds Administration teams focus to providing service excellence, efficient achievement of service and meeting the highest professional and industry standards.

On any given day you will

  • To ensure service and quality standards are achieved;
  • Cover a variety of administrative tasks across all operational areas, scanning, sorting and creating work items for processing. 
  • Process regular payments and super contributions.
  • Understand the compliance obligations and their part in assuring high quality outcomes

We’re interested in hearing from people who have

  • Wealth Management, Australian Super experience favourable
  • Volume processing with high quality
  • Wealth Management, Australia Super experience favourable
  • Minimum requirement is VCE
  • Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
  • RG146 compliance or compliance within 12 months of commencement
  • Diploma of Financial Planning or an ASFA Certificate IV or Diploma of Superannuation will be highly regarded
