Job Description

 

The Gig:

We are seeking a passionate and hard-working Customer Service Manager/Accounts person to manage HealthEngine’s growing customer base.  

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing contracts and agreement, as well as any procedures concerning customer relations, primarily from an accounts perspective
  • Manage a high volume of customer calls (inbound and outbound)
  • Provide after-sales financial support to customers to guarantee their satisfaction and attend to their needs
  • Liaise with and provide support to our Customer Success division to ensure that customers needs are identified and responded to quickly

About You:

You will be a driven self-starter with exceptional customer service. You must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service position and have the following:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Friendly and confident phone manner
  • Excellent time management
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Accounts Receivable experience is desired, but not essential
